Two Years and Counting

Only the words contained on the postcard announcing their engagement can do this post justice: "Winter found Sara Gwynn and Greg Hewitt warm in heart, as God led them to engagement on December 17, 2005. Now, with spring before them, they anticipate the beauty of beginning their life together on July 7, 2006.

Happy Anniversary, Greg & Sara! We pray you will enjoy many more seasons together as you grow in your love for each other while serving the Lord.

First Grade Facts ~ Eliana

Six years (+5 months)!!
Is 48" tall, at least, and seems to grow about an inch every three months!
Current favorite things: Landon, baby dolls, tea parties, books, music, playing with her cousins, daddy's work truck, going to the library, dressing up, horses, dogs, and trying on shoes
Loves to be outdoors
Favorite snack: chocolate chips and "crack opens" (aka pistachios)
Has memorized/is memorizing the books of the N.T., Luke 1:37, Ephesians 6:1, Ephesians 4:32a, 1 Thess. 5:16,17, Phil. 2:14, Psalm 56:3, Acts 16:31, Psalm 34:14a; Prov. 20:11a, Is. 43:5a, Phil. 4:13, Ex. 20:12, 1 John 4:8, Psalm 34:13a, Prov. 15:1a, Heb. 13:17a, 1 John 1:9, Col. 3:20, Prov. 4:20, Eccl. 9:17, 2 Cor. 1:11, Gen. 1:1, and so many more that it's hard to keep up with these days - praise the Lord!
Eliana's strength is reading and we are certainly enjoying her reading to us, to her brother, but especially seeing her read her Bible. Eliana has lost four teeth now, and is transitioning well into the first grade.
